The Dental Hygienist is responsible for leveraging expertise in Dental Cleanings, Periodontal Assessment, X-Rays (Digital/Traditional) to drive organizational outcomes. This role combines technical proficiency with strategic thinking to deliver measurable results across projects and initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in Dental Cleanings
- Demonstrated proficiency in Periodontal Assessment
- Demonstrated proficiency in X-Rays (Digital/Traditional)
- Demonstrated proficiency in Patient Education
- Demonstrated proficiency in Scaling & Root Planing
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree or professional certification in a relevant field
- 3+ years of progressive experience in a similar role
- Experience with Nitrous Oxide Administration and related technologies
Typical Salary Range
$65,000 - $130,000 depending on experience and location
