The UX Designer is responsible for leveraging expertise in Figma, User Research, Wireframing to drive organizational outcomes. This role combines technical proficiency with strategic thinking to deliver measurable results across projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

- Apply Prototyping expertise to deliver high-quality results and drive team objectives forward

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in Figma
- Demonstrated proficiency in User Research
- Demonstrated proficiency in Wireframing
- Demonstrated proficiency in Prototyping
- Demonstrated proficiency in Usability Testing
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree or professional certification in a relevant field
- 3+ years of progressive experience in a similar role
- Experience with Design Thinking and related technologies
Typical Salary Range
$65,000 - $130,000 depending on experience and location
